Our Permanent Service - The Process

We have access to a continuously growing pool of highly skilled candidates within the IT Security sector, many of whom are either personally known or have been recommended to us. Candidates will only be presented to our clients once they have been thoroughly assessed by interview and categorized using our unique ranking methods - according to their qualifications, experience and desires.

We always spend time with our clients to obtain a comprehensive job specification for every new vacancy to ensure each candidate submitted is not simply to 'fill the gap' but accurately matched. We insist on visiting our clients to gain an understanding of the working environment, enabling us to better ascertain the type of person most suited to your company.

We undertake to confidentially advertise free of charge on your behalf if required.

We provide you with a number of fitting CVs for consideration for each vacancy. Each candidate is fully briefed of the requirements of the job and always given an in-depth overview of the profile of the client prior to interview.

We will organise face-to-face interviews consisting of competency and technical tests where requested or deemed neccessary. Interviews can be carried out at, Sysec offices or at our clients' sites if preferred. Once candidate interviews are complete, these are then followed up to include offers and negotiation of employment where applicable.

References are provided for every candidate upon offer of employment.

We have access to a reliable and highly qualified library of flexible applicants who are available at short notice.

We carry out thorough interviews in order to successfully match the candidate to the assignment - complete with verbal or written reference checks on each candidate prior to the start of any assignment.

We undertake to make regular contact with both client and contract worker to check progress and suitability.
